I have long thought that by walking away from being a woman, we cheated ourselves, our husbands, and our children. While I do agree that women should make the same money for the same job, and that have the same rights as a man I don't buy into the hoopla that we are some how "better" or be more "celebrated" because we have boobs. <br /><br />We have different abilities, strengths and weaknesses than a man does. That doesn't make us less, just different and that is a wonderful thing. <br /><br />Wonderful writing, Sharon, and don't feel alone...You know my age and by the time I became a woman the movement that began in your generation was firmly entrenched.
